📢 We are expanding our team at vivo in Jordan for (English, Hindi, Urdu) speakers; Call Center Customer Service Position
📢Job description:
1. Responsible for accepting user inquiries through hotlines and online channels, and handling user inquiries, suggestions or complaints quickly and accurately (70%)
; 2. Responsible for the collection, recording, and feedback of frontline user voices, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely feedback of user voices to the headquarters (20%).
3. Participate in training and examinations on product knowledge, service skills, service procedures, etc., and meet relevant assessment requirements (10%).Requirement and Condition
:1. Be familiar with call center-related business processes, service policies, product knowledge, after-sales standardized processes, etc., and be able to independently and properly handle user problems, and achieve user satisfaction;
2. Specific and good expression skills, fluent speaking (for voice agents); good typing ability, more than 37 words/minute (Arabic can be combined with local conditions, for online agents)
3.Be proficient in the basic operations of office software, have certain data analysis capabilities, and be good at identifying problems and making improvements and optimizations.
More than 1 year of experience in contact center team management is preferred.
4.able to independently complete tasks no less than the team’s average, and the service quality can exceed the team’s performance requirements.
5. Have a strong sense of service and responsibility, and have good learning ability.
6. Able to accept shift changes.
7. Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu – Arabic is a plus .
8. Location: candidates must be based in Jordan.
