Job Opportunity: Accountant

Ard Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Amman! Role Overview:

As a full-time Accountant at Ard Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our financial operations. This on-site position will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure the financial health and stability of our company.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related role.

Preferred certifications: CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or JCPA (Jordanian Certified Public Accountant).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
