Al Moasron Group is currently seeking a “Network Administration and security specialist”.

Job description:

· Install, configure and maintain network hardware, software.

· Monitor network performance to ensure optimal network uptime and troubleshoot network problems when they occur.

· Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as data backups and system upgrades.

· Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.

· Monitor network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats.

· Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize network downtime.

· Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s network infrastructure.

· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in network technology and recommend upgrades to keep pace with changing requirements.

· Provide technical support to end-users and assist with network-related issues.

· Extensive knowledge of firewall administration.

· Extensive knowledge of switching and routing commands (Cisco preferred).

· Extensive history of documented troubleshooting skills relating to desktops, servers, network, and firewalls.

· Experience troubleshooting and maintaining of cabling.

· Follow-up and attention to detail with great customer service skills.

· Professional, responsible attitude and work independently.

· Extensive written documentation (processes, user guides).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work with remote, matrixed teams.

· Ability to work effectively in a team, and with clients.

Qualification and Job Specification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Networks – Network Engineer – IT – MIS or any related field.

. Proven experience, between 3 to 7 years.

· Multi-tasking abilities.

· Courses and practical experience in MCSA, A+, Network +, Cybersecurity, CCNA, CCNP.

· ability to Work weekends and after-hours response.

· Good knowledge on routers & switches & Access Point

· Good knowledge in Backup Solution and Recover

· Good knowledge on AD+ DHCP+ DNS+ GPO+ Exchange

· Good knowledge in Command Prompt and PowerShell

· Good knowledge in troubleshoot Network and PC’s and Servers

· Good knowledge of network security and protection

· The ability to work remotely
