Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with VoIP hardware (IP phones, gateways, PBXs) and software applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP) and technologies.

• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP) and routing/switching concepts.

• Familiarity with security principles and practices related to VoIP systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with cloud-based VoIP solutions

• Experience with Contact Center Solutions

• Knowledge of unified communications and collaboration tools.

• Proficiency in Astrisk system management

• Experience in telecommunication systems and solutions

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Knowledge of VoIP technology and protocols
