Are you a detail-oriented, organized individual with a passion for supporting HR functions? [Your Company Name] is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing exceptional support to our employees.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating training sessions.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, amendments, and terminations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor related to his work.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position minimum (1) year.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
