Defaf Al Nahrayn (Matrix and BM Energy Drinks) is seeking for an Export Sales Officer according to below:

Key Duties:

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring all details (pricing, quantities, shipping terms) are accurate.

• Generate Proforma Invoices using the system and communicate with customers for confirmation.

• Check product availability through our integrated system and coordinate with Export Manager and customers of expected delivery times.

• Monitor customer inquiries and provide timely feedback on order status, payments, and shipping updates.

• Assist in maintaining relationships with distributors in regional markets (Middle East and Africa) as per company’s expansion strategy.

• Handle the logistics processes and conduct the needed follow up until delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in related field.

• Knowledge in logistics and shipping processes.

• Strong communication and sales coordination abilities.

• Good Organizational Skills and Time Management.

• Proficiency in English (is a must) and French (strongly preferable).

• Full ability for travelling.

• Valid travel passport is required; an additional foreign passport would be advantageous.
