Job Vacancy: Procurement Officer
Are you ready to kickstart your career in procurement? Join our team as a Procurement Officer, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in sourcing and supplier management.
– Involves in the process of planning, managing, and purchasing goods and – – spare parts from external suppliers .
– Review procurement documents and prepare orders.
– Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
– Maintain and update procurement records and databases.
– Assist in preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
– Collaborate with team members to resolve any procurement-related issues.
– Support the procurement team in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
– Conduct basic market research to support sourcing decisions.
