خدمات مناولة الطيران – تبحث شركة Menzies Avaition في مطار الملكة علياء الدولي عن مشرف صيانة – مبنى مستودع شحن.
وصف الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مشرف صيانة ذي خبرة للإشراف على الكفاءة التشغيلية لمنشأة مستودع شحن. يشمل هذا الدور إدارة صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية، وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق، والأمن، وأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، بالإضافة إلى ضمان الصيانة العامة للمبنى. سيقود المرشح المثالي جهود الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وموثوقة ومتوافقة مع المعايير.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إدارة أنظمة الكهرباء والطاقة:
· الإشراف على صيانة وخدمة المحولات والمولدات ووحدات الإرجاع (RMU) وجميع اللوحات الكهربائية الرئيسية والفرعية المجهزة بوحدات ATS.
· ضمان عمل أنظمة الطاقة الاحتياطية بشكل صحيح وإجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة.
· الإشراف على مقاولي الصيانة (إن وجد) والتنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وإجراء الإصلاحات الطارئة الفورية.
أنظمة مكافحة الحرائق والأمن:
· إدارة نظام إخماد الحرائق وضمان استمراره في العمل بكامل طاقته. إجراء عمليات تفتيش وصيانة دورية لأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق والإنذار.
صيانة كاميرات المراقبة، ومراقبة الدخول، وأنظمة الإنذار الأمني.
أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء:
الإشراف على صيانة نظام VRF لضمان التحكم الأمثل في المناخ في المستودع.
التأكد من كفاءة أنظمة التهوية والتبريد.
البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والبيانات:
إدارة نظام ETV في المستودع، وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول، وأنظمة بيانات الخوادم، والبنية التحتية للشبكة.
التنسيق مع فرق دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات لاستكشاف مشاكل النظام وإصلاحها.
الصيانة العامة للمباني والسلامة:
الإشراف على أعمال السباكة والإضاءة والأسقف والأرضيات وإصلاحات الهياكل وجدولة صيانتها.
إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للمباني لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
تطبيق جميع لوائح السلامة في مكان العمل، وضمان توافق أنشطة الصيانة مع معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو مجال ذي صلة. * خبرة من ٥ إلى ٧ سنوات في الإشراف على الصيانة، ويفضل أن تكون في المستودعات أو المنشآت الصناعية.
معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية، والسلامة من الحرائق، وأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والصيانة العامة للمباني.
قدرة مثبتة على إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والإصلاحات.
تُعدّ الخبرة في أنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة (CMMS) ميزة إضافية.
مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية قوية، ومهارات حل المشكلات.
القدرة على التعامل مع الإصلاحات الطارئة والتنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين.
شروط العمل:
العمل في مبنى مستودع الشحن (وظيفة بدوام كامل).
يجب أن يكون متاحًا للعمل عند الطلب في حالات الطوارئ.
Aviation Handling Services – Menzies Avaition at Queen Alia International Airport looking for Maintenance Supervisor – Cargo warehouse building.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operational efficiency of a cargo warehouse facility. This role involves managing the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, firefighting, security, HVAC, and IT infrastructure systems, as well as ensuring the general upkeep of the building. The ideal candidate will lead preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to maintain a safe, reliable, and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical & Power Systems Management:
· Oversee the maintenance and servicing of transformer, generator, RMU and all main and sub-electrical panels equipped with ATS units.
· Ensure power backup systems function properly and conduct regular inspections.
· Oversee maintenance contractors (if applicable) and coordinate with service providers for troubleshooting and prompt emergency repairs.
Firefighting & Security Systems:
· Manage and ensure the fire suppression system remains fully operational.
· Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
· Maintain CCTV surveillance, access control, and security alarm systems.
HVAC & Climate Control Systems:
· Oversee the maintenance of the VRF system to ensure optimal climate control in the warehouse.
· Ensure ventilation and cooling systems operate efficiently.
IT & Data Infrastructure:
· Manage the ETV warehouse system, access control systems, server data systems, and network infrastructure.
· Coordinate with IT support teams for troubleshooting system issues.
General Building Maintenance and Safety:
· Supervise and schedule maintenance for plumbing, lighting, roofing, flooring, and structural repairs.
· Conduct regular building inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.
· Enforce all workplace safety regulations and ensure maintenance activities align with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in warehouse or industrial facilities.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fire safety, HVAC, IT infrastructure, and general building maintenance.
Proven ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergency repairs and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Working Conditions:
Based at the cargo warehouse building (full time job).
Must be available for on-call duty during emergencies
