Senior Procurement Proposal Officer
Destiny Talent Solutions is currently hiring for a well known oil and gas company in Amman a Senior Procurement Proposal Officer with 5–7 years of experience in procurement, specializing in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a chemical background and a strong track record in developing proposals, preparing price quotations, and managing vendor communications.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and submit proposals for company services
•Develop and issue price quotations in line with procurement strategies
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
•Ensure procurement processes align with industry best practices and company policies
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
5–7 years of procurement experience, particularly in oil and gas
Strong understanding of pricing strategies and proposal development
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities.
