Job Description :

Position Overview: As a Reservation and Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting passengers with booking flights, issuing tickets, managing reservations, and ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. offering a welcoming experience to our customers and contributing to the smooth operation of our ticketing and reservations services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations.

• Issue tickets and process payments accurately and efficiently.

• Provide customers with information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and handling inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage and update reservation systems to reflect accurate booking details.

• Resolve any customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive experience.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and operational excellence.

• Adhere to company policies, security regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reservation and ticketing, preferably in the airline industry min 1- 2 years’ experience.

• Proficient in using reservation and ticketing software, preferably Saber ticketing system.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Knowledge of airline industry standards, policies, and procedures.

• Must be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work well in a multicultural and diverse environment.

• PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail.

• Knowledge of contact center and airline industry procedures and methodology.
