BCI is hiring a skilled IT Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of the company’s internal systems.
• Administration of internal operating systems security.
• Administration of internal systems software updates.
• Teams and desktop support for internal users.
• Maintain user accounts, e-mail systems, and mobile mails for users, Internet access and VPN access.
• Monitor, plan and coordinate the distribution of client / server software and service packs.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Install many operating systems (windows 10, windows server 2019-2022, windows 11)
• Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
• Bachelor in information technology technical support.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy configuration, Active Directory,Office365.
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
• 1-3 years’ experience.
• Good command of English language.
