Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Amman – Marka

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
• Collaborate with HR Manager to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with the Kayan system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
