MyThings has developed three applications: customer, admin, and driver, transforming into a fully automated platform to streamline operations and enhance our partners’ experience. Additionally, MyThings boosts vendor sales and comprehensively covers all customer needs.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. If you are a self-starter with 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry or related roles and have strong English reading and writing skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Data Entry Clerk at MyThings Company , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for entering, verifying, and organizing large volumes of data, ensuring that it is processed efficiently and effectively.
*** Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately input and update data into the company’s systems and databases,
– ensuring the information is complete and correct.
– Review, verify, and cross-check data for discrepancies or errors.
– Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times.
– Organize and file physical and digital records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
– Assist in generating reports and preparing documentation based on the data entered.
– Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth data workflows.
– Respond to inquiries and assist with data-related tasks as required.
– Perform general administrative tasks such as data maintenance, filing, scanning, and supporting the department with other duties.
*** Requirements:
– Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or related role.
– Strong written and reading skills in English.
– Excellent eye for detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in large data sets.
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data sorting, and filtering).
– Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously.
– Capable of identifying and solving minor data entry issues independently.
