Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to design effective promotional campaigns.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
· Monitor and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda products and industry developments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in DMS (Autoline) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluency in Arabic and English.
