Area Business Manager Responsibilities • Monitor and report on sales performance • Assist in developing the monthly sales goals • Train and develop store managers • Hire and onboard new staff and baristas • Manage established volume/revenue/spending budgets within territory • Weekly recap of all activity to be sent to director using agreed upon format• Ensure all locations are in excellent condition • Manage day-to-day operations at the locations • Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service Qualifications • 3+ years of relevant experience in food or beverage sales • Track record of success in building/executing sales plans• Exceptional verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment • Strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills to enable solid business relationship
