Job Description we are looking for:

-handle travel issues, conflicts, cancellations, etc.

good knowledge of all airline information and online carriers and systems.

-experience in communications with corporate accounts.

-strong sales and interpersonal.

-excellent verbal and writing communications skills.

-good knowledge of all low-cost carriers.

-time management skills.

excellent in both GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo).

-at least 4 years of experience.

– good knowledge of working in the back-office systems
