Description
This Role is Primarily responsible for carrying out all financial transactions directly for customers effectively and timely, in line with Bank’s rules & service principles and Conducts sales activities in non-rush hours.
Responsibilities:
1- Matches cash balances on a daily basis.
2- Receives and processes cash deposits and withdrawal that are less than 50,000 or in foreign deposits or small changes (& coins)
3- Receives & processes all cash withdrawals and deposits – For below 2,000JOD transaction, educate customer on ATM capabilities and/or transfer to BTA
4- Supports customers with cheque withdrawals, and processing ECC and related transactions on system
5- Performs account-to-account transfers – For those that can be migrated (<2,000), educate customer on online banking and ATM capabilities and/or transfer to BTA
6- Receives and process western union requests, and credit card payment requests educate customer on online banking and ATM capabilities and/or transfer to BTA
7- Receives PDC for customers Helps customers wanting to purchase and/or sell foreign currency against cash
8- Responsible for liquidating banker cheques and issuing banker cheques
9- Examines and helps with managing customer service fee deduction requests
10- Participate with daily report preparation to ensure timely and accurate reporting
11- Conducts daily sales calls according to target using leads provided from the CVM/CRM – Mainly cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers as per instructions/priorities given by branch manager
12- Fills in end of day sales report with proper recording of activities results
13- In the short absence of BTA, employee handles BTA responsibility for quick cash throughout the day
