At QPP, we are seeking an experienced Supply Planning & Procurement Supervisor to lead the Operations Process.

Key Accountabilities:

Forecasting accuracy and bias
Material requirements planning and ordering.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required by the organization.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong working relationships to ensure the highest quality of goods and services at the best possible prices.
Oversee the creation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring adequate stock to meet operational needs.
Collaborate with finance and other departments to establish procurement budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and industry best practices to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in procurement, supply planning and/or inventory management.
FMCG experience is a must.
-High conceptual, and analytical skills and Strategic Thinking and Planning.
Knowledge of planning and forecasting systems.
Strong negotiation and time management skills.
