DutiesThe Warehouse Worker is one of 11 Warehouse Workers in the General Services Office (GSO) Property section at the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan.
Primary responsibilities of the position include the safe handling, moving, and storage of household and non-expendable supplies to and from Embassy warehouses to different locations throughout Amman.
The incumbent is responsible for deliveries of residential furniture, appliances, and office supplies, and is part of the team furnishing 330 U.S. government-leased residences in Amman.
Assists in all duties related to the warehousing and disposal of U.S. government property.
Authorized to operate warehouse machinery and equipment, vehicles, and forklift,
