Job Purpose:

Jordan Ahli Bank is currently looking for a Content Creator, where you’ll drive impactful communication by crafting compelling content for diverse platforms. Your role involves understanding client needs, ensuring high-quality standards, and aligning content with the bank’s strategy. If you’re a creative professional with bilingual proficiency and a passion for impactful storytelling, seize the opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand the needs of clients and the target audience.
  • Write compelling content for clients and the target audience.
  • Edit and review content to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Generate content for social media, printed, and video content.
  • Ensure consistent writing aligning with the bank’s strategy and the requirements of the target audience.
  • Drive brand consistency across all company communications.
  • Stay updated on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.
  • Review and edit written content in both Arabic and English; for grammar, spelling, clarity, and accuracy to ensure high-quality output.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery across marketing channels (offline and online).
  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering content and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
  • Implementing basic search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve the visibility and discoverability of content online.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English languages.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Develops strong working relationships.
  • Learns quickly and enjoys tackling new projects.
  • Follows the brand style guide.
  • Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide content decisions.
  • Good understanding of marketing strategies and principles.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Attention to details.
