– امين مستودع : خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات

– محاسب : خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات

المطلوب :

– شهادة بكالوريوس في الإدارة او المحاسبة او ا يعادلها

– خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال

– سكان الزرقاء او الرصيفة او ماركا الشمالية او الجنوبية

Smart Directions Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female Junior Accountant to join our finance team

. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of financial principles.

The Junior Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting various accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Maintenance:

– Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

– Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure entries are categorized correctly.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

– Process vendor invoices, match them with purchase orders, and prepare payment disbursements.

– Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices, facilitating timely collections.

3. Bank Reconciliation:

– Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

– Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation. Requirements:

1. Education: – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,

2. Experience: – 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

3. Technical Skills:

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, knowledge in Odoo system is a plus

– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

4. Communication Skills:

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

5. Analytical Skills:

– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Adaptability: – Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
