Requirements:- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries
.- Maintaining and building customer satisfaction.
– Excellent communication skills
.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field of customer care
.- Good knowledge of using MS Office and customer management system.
– Problem solving skills
.- Good knowledge if English and arabic.
– Availability for rotational shifts
.- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
