We’re hiring
Al Moasron Group are currently seeking an experienced” Maintenance Manager“
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure timely repairs.
– Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and servicing when necessary.
– Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
– Supervise maintenance activities related to the factory premises, including buildings, utilities, and
infrastructure.
– Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facilities-
related equipment.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for all maintenance activities.
– Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
– Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
– Source and procure spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
– Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in maintenance operations.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and service contracts.
– Generate reports on maintenance performance, including uptime, downtime, and maintenance costs.
– Provide regular updates to senior management on maintenance activities, issues, and recommendations.
– Identify areas for process improvement within the maintenance department and implement best
practices.
– Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends in maintenance management.
– Collaborate with other departments to implement cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with at
least 5 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
– Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
– Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to industrial environments.
