For two decades, AMS has provided advanced analytical tools that give pharmaceutical companies access to high accuracy data, custom services, and pharmaceutical insight to accelerate their clinical development and commercialization of innovative treatments to patients.
Role Description:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with data entry duties, including administrative assistance and customer service.
Entering data from source documents within time limits.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Apply data program techniques and procedures.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Qualifications:
Past experience in medicine or pharmacy within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Typing proficiency
Computer literacy
Administrative assistance skills
Experience in data entry or related field
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with data entry software and systems
Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Job details:
Unlimited contract duration.
Working hours: 8:30 till 17:00 (Sun-Thu).
Annual leaves: 14 days.
Location: Jordan – Amman – Jabal Al-Hussein.
