مطلوب موظف خدمة عملاء وامين صندوق للعمل لدى شركة خاصه- وفق المتطلبات التالية
Job Description:We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Shop Cashier and Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, processing transactions, and managing the shop’s daily operations.
Responsibilities:*Greet and welcome customers as they enter the shop*Process sales transactions through POS devices and handle cash and credit card payments
*Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory
*Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases
*Answer customer inquiries via phone, and in-person
*Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
*Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth shop operations
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a cashier and customer care representative, with at least [2] years of experience
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Working Hours:10 AM – 10 PMor 1 PM – 10 PM
