Job Description:We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Call Center and Customer Support Agents to join us. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service through chat and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently through chat and ticketing systems
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers based on their needsResolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective issue resolution
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Requirements:Excellent written communication skills in English
Previous experience in customer service or call center operations preferred
Familiarity with chat and ticketing systems is an advantageAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
