مطلوب موظفين كول سنتر/ خدمة عملاء لدى شركة خاصه
Open Vacancy Customer Service
Representative Duties & Responsibilities:Manage daily incoming chats, emails, phone calls, tickets and live chats.Generate leads and convert them to customers.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
.Follow up with customers to make sure that issues are resolved, and customers are satisfied.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Manage and efficiently utilize the customer service CRM to achieve customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the operations team to facilitate the best service for customers
. Requirements:1 – 3 years relevant experience in Call Center/ Customer Service Environment
Preferable experience with CRM, autodials, and text/SMS messaging.
Strong customer service track record in customer service from large companiesCapability of multitasking, problem
-solvingStrong communication skills, both in writing and speaking
Bachelor’s DegreeBilingual: English & ArabicShare your update Cv to
