د -Amman -Airport streetthe main Duties & Responsibilities
· Deal directly with customers either by telephone, emails· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
.· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
· Manage customers’ accounts.
· Record details of actions taken.· Manage administration.
· Follow up on customer interactions
.The requirements
:· Presentable personality
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
· Very good English Language
