RAM Pharmaceutical Company is seeking to recruit IT Support / Helpdesk
Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Setup Application, configuration, and optimization.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to users and internal teams.
• Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with other technical support specialists and departments to improve processes.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– 3 years of experience in technical support.
