Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

· Master’s or Ph.D. in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in educational roles focused on innovation, curriculum design, and technology integration.

· Proven ability in integrating advanced educational technologies and digital tools into curricula.

· Strong project management and financial expertise to lead and sustain innovative initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

– BA/MA degree in a relevant field.

– 5+ years of experience in program development.

At Jubilee Institute-King Hussein Foundation, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment. We are currently looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team.

You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department, and supporting all HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating, and conducting interviews. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including document management and orientation.

HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, including personal information, job details, and contracts. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with the institution’s policies.

Performance Management: Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations, setting up appraisal meetings, and providing feedback to managers and employees.

Training & Development: Assist in the planning and coordination of training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts as needed.

Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and other perks.

Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, process leave requests and ensure accurate record-keeping for absences and vacations.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain reports on various HR metrics and activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

– 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

– Proficiency in HR software and systems (experience with MenaITech is a plus).

– Fluent in English and Arabic.

– Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in building positive relationships with employees.
