Engicon is seeking a motivated Junior Contracts and Specifications Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for quantity surveying of structural, architectural, and interior design items, as well as preparing Bills of Quantities. You will work closely with the project design team to ensure accuracy and clarity in drawings and details.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct quantity surveying for structural, architectural, and interior design items.
– Collaborate with project design team members to clarify drawings and details.
– Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
– Knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– 0-3 years of relevant experience.
