We Are Hiring: Senior Talent Management Specialist

Qattous Group, a dynamic and diversified enterprise with a strong presence in real estate, retail, and entertainment, is excited to announce a new job opportunity!

We are actively seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist who is dynamic, energetic, and detail-oriented to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and create tailored development programs.

• Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and career progression planning.

• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction.

• Analyze workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management practices.

• Work closely with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of talent strategies with organizational goals.

• Oversee succession planning and career development frameworks to support organizational growth and sustainability.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection processes

• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent reviews

• Implement succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees.

• Provide coaching and support to HR Business Partners and managers on talent management topics.

• Manage external partnerships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.

• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in talent management, employee development and performance management .

• Fluent business English language .

• Proven track record of designing and implementing talent management strategies and programs.

• Analytical mindset with strong data and analysis skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced, dynamic environment.

• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Proficiency in HRMS preferably Menaitech.
