Awael Technologies is looking for candidates for the following Job:.

Job Title: Computer & networking Maintenance Engineer.

Location: Amman / On-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks internally and at client sites.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and system issues for clients during on-site visits.

· Configure servers and firewalls to ensure secure and efficient operation.

· Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance tasks and technical support activities.

· Improve system performance by identifying potential upgrades and offering recommendations.

· Manage the inventory of IT and networking hardware to ensure availability.

· Stick to health and safety standards during maintenance operations.

· Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in IT support and maintenance roles.

· Strong knowledge and skills in:

o Computing and networking

o Server setup and configuration

o Firewall installation and management

· Familiarity with maintenance management tools is preferred.

· Ability to travel and work on-site at client locations.

· Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
