Job Specific Accountabilities :.
Accounting activities and entry booking
Experience in accounts payable :process invoices, ensure timely payment, book Debit /Credit Notes , vendor accounts reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
Prepare bank reconciliations
Book debit nots From /to sister companies and handle intercompany reconciliations
Employee expenses through concur
Monthly quarterly and year end account closing.
Assist in external auditors requirements during year end and interim audit and help in statutory accounts preparations.
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as requested by management
Follow up governmental papers and documentations
Filing and documentation
