Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

· Assisting in building the social media strategy and executing it through competitive and audience research.
· Joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
· Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
· Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. And respond to queries in a timely manner using the brand tone of voice across all social platforms.
· Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
· Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, best practices, and then acting on the information.
· Developing social media content plans and calendars that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
· Developing creative content that optimize the positive sentiment and organic reach of the brand.
· Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events and building influencers network.
· Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
· Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
· Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
· Assisting with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
· Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
· Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to achieve desired goals and KPIs.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and optimize performance.
· Create compelling visuals and ad creatives for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.
· Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
· 2-3 years of social media experience including planning, managing content, media buying and moderation in a corporate, or agency setting.
· Knowledge of project management is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
