The Senior Officer is responsible for Managing JRF Social Media platforms in coordination with the social media agency, writing and distributing content to promote JRF, activities or products. The incumbent act as a liaison between the foundation, the public, and the media to ensure that the foundation remains top of mind.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing the annual communications outreach plan to ensure that all external communication is consistent with JRF priorities.

Assist in developing a social media plan for all JRF social media platforms.

Managing and creating content for social media platforms.

Coming up with ideas for social media campaigns to highlight the impact of JRF programs

Ensure visibility of programs and communicate their impact on local community members through a wide range of communication and PR activities.

Maintain awareness and understanding of JRF programs and activities on an on-going basis.

Assist in creating communication messages for the Foundation’s principles and advocacy issues.

Follow up on implementation of advocacy plans and activities.

Assist in identifying, exploring and developing opportunities for positive media relations.

Liaise with key stakeholders, the media and management team and staff to provide information and advice on issues related to JRF initiatives.

Prepare and manage social media content.

Conduct, manage and evaluate awareness campaigns.

Develop the profile for the Foundation through researching, writing and producing relevant targeted publications, and briefings.

Manage the website of the Foundation to reflect the Foundation’s initiatives, success stories of beneficiaries and highlight JRF events and activities.

Support in Implementing JRF annual report and newsletter.

Produce all promotional publications and materials including documentary films.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).

5-8 years of experience.

Leads new sales to improve JRF’s position in the regional and international market and achieve financial growth, assists in setting short- and long-term sales targets, builds key regional and international client relationships, identifies business opportunities, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Core Responsibilities:

Manages and coordinates all sales activities locally, regionally, and internationally to implement sales strategy.

Takes the lead on sales efforts, tracking prospecting and lead generation activities to implement sales strategy.

Monitors pricing and dynamic revenue management approach to ensure value integrity is maintained while achieved highest margin for retail, wholesale and corporate sales initiatives.

Works with showroom, airport, Daimeh, Karma Kitchen, Jordan River Design, Supermarket teams for a holistic approach to sales activities and customer service.

Works on regional sales deals for Karma Kitchen to increase regional sales.

Prepares sales budgets to align with SE budgets.

Ensures all sales activities are tracked and generates detailed reports on a quality basis.

Maintains a customer database and productivity report to ensure current, past and potential clients are identified and potential sales initiatives are organized and effective.

Develops and implements a yearly sales plan with a detailed action plan to generate sales.

Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Leads sales team and trains them in the best sales practices to ensure optimal customer service.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and monitoring their performance to ensure they align with the budget.

Presents Sales Revenues, and Expenses Report to Management to align with SE yearly budget.

Client Management:

Networks JRF with the clients at national and international level to support sales goals.

Responsible for all matters specific to corporate accounts.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, other outlets, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field.

10+ years’ of sales experience

The Director of Fundraising and Development serves as a key team member in the senior management of the Foundation and an active participant in making strategic decisions. In close collaboration with the Director General, this position is responsible for all JRF’s fundraising and development activities and events. The successful candidate will help create new relationships and partnerships with various donors, corporate sponsors and philanthropists. S/he will also design and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan that meets the overall goals and strategy of the Foundation. S/he will expand and diversify JRF’s donor base / pipeline and work closely with other team members to secure funding for new projects and programs. In addition, s/he will work closely with the fundraising committee in the board of trustees.

Core Responsibilities:

Support and work closely with the Director General on all major fundraising activities to determine which activities are appropriate for the surrounding environment

Raise funds according to annual targets to ensure meeting JRF’s overall goals and strategy to ensure

Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising and development strategy that includes corporate, international donors, governmental, philanthropic, as well as individual grants to assure that match quality standards

Take the lead in the development and execution of all proposals, as per JRF’s internal mechanisms and procedures to ensure that the procedures are implemented in accordance with the applicable policies of the institution

Focal person in communicating with all donors and corporate sponsors on behalf of JRF to ensure that JRF image is transmitted in the established and approved manner

Oversee research funding sources and trends, with foresight, to help position JRF ahead of major funding changes or trends to expand funding sources

Actively cultivate relationships with prospect donors, corporate sponsors and philanthropists to expand the database and match JRF fundraising targets

Develop and maintain key long-term relationships with donors and prospects to match the fundraising responsibilities

Monitor all donor information; provide and present summary of findings to Director General to be aware of all the results

Develop and implement new creative tools, ideas and mechanisms to raise funds through corporate sponsors

Oversee all fundraising events to ensure targets will be met and collaborate closely with the Communications Division

Monitor and report regularly on progress of the development and fundraising strategic plan to the Director General to be aware of all the results

Provide guidance, direction and support to the fundraising and development team to ensure that all team are aware of fundraising goals

Managerial Responsibilities:

Actively participates in Cross Functional Teams

Manages the team by evaluating the performance of team members, provides feedback on an on-going basis, identifies development needs and coaches them to ensure on-going capability development.

Identifies training needs and organizes trainings for the department on various aspects on which the role holder has responsibilities

Makes decisions in difficult and deadline driven situations in accordance to JRF policies and procedures

Sets performance goals in the beginning of the year and ensures those goals are achieved during the course of the year

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Master’s Degree is preferred.

Conduct feasibility and market studies to address deviations and adapt to internal or external variables.

Incorporates cutting-edge social innovations and lessons learned to enhance program outcomes.

Leads community mapping, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with local government entities.

Establishes partnerships with local bodies, agencies, and organizations to address community needs.

Program Implementation and Cross-Cutting Themes

Oversees projects’ implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Provides narrative and analytical reports, including intermediate and final updates, to donors and stakeholders.

Utilizes project cycle management techniques, logic frameworks, and data-driven evaluation to improve and expand programs.

Effectively supervises budget spending to achieve the highest social impact and ensure the optimal use of financial resources.

Managerial Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience of managing and overseeing Employment, MSMEs establishment, Incubation and acceleration, Climate resilience, and Youth innovation.

Project Management PMP is required.

Deep understanding of the sustainable development goals (SDGs), national economic reform agenda, and national priorities.

Knowledge and experience in the active economic sectors across all governorates, and opportunities in each sector including Production, Services, Trade, Digital economy, Agriculture, Water, and Climate Change issues.

Knowledge and Experience of donor’s regulations such as EU, WB, UN, US, IFAD, GIZ, AFD, FCDO

Manages projects related to technology and that require technical expertise is an advance.

Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
