Job Title: Graphic Designer
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Location: Opal Hotel – Amman
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our hotel’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and social media content creation. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the visual identity of our brand across various platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, menus, banners, and signage.
Develop and maintain the hotel’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all materials.
Social Media Content Creation:
Design and produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and advertisements for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative campaigns tailored to our target audience.
Motion Graphics and Video Editing:
Develop motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
Edit and enhance video content to align with the hotel’s brand identity and messaging.
Visual Identity and Guidelines:
Establish and maintain a comprehensive visual identity for the hotel.
Create and document a detailed brand guideline to ensure consistent representation across all platforms and materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, photographers, and content creators to execute cohesive campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill design requirements for internal and external needs.
Candidate Specifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the hospitality or related industry.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly in content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Excellent skills in motion graphics and video editing.
A keen eye for detail and creativity, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in photography and/or videography is a plus.
Knowledge of 3D design or animation tools is an advantage.
