🚨We’re Hiring: Branch Manager – Fashion Retail 🚨

Are you a dynamic and passionate leader with a love for fashion and retail? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our store. 🔍Job Duties & Responsibilities:

– Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure the store is always well-presented and fully stocked.

– Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

– Foster a positive and engaging store culture that reflects the brand’s values.

– Pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner.

– Hiring, educating, terminating and motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.

– Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints, .

– Manage deals , promos & campaigns .

Lead and support your team, focusing on their development and ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service.

– Drive and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets through strong leadership and client relationship building.

– Oversees staff and fulfills staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times.

– Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through communication, incentives, and evaluations.

– Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.

– Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.

– Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.

– Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.

🔖 Job Specifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.

* Passion for fashion and staying on top of trends.

*A strong, motivational leader with experience in driving sales and managing teams.

* Focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of sale system.

* Organized with attention to detail.

* Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.
