We are excited to announce that EJADA is seeking to hire a 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. This role is pivotal in our professional, growing, transparent, and collaborative team, where your expertise will be highly valued and integral to our operations!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨?
• Manage and process monthly, weekly, and daily invoices.
• Prepare daily vouchers and adjust entries.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations.
• Comply with tax rules and regulations.
• Prepare the fixed assets to register for the company and use the par code system.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management and do periodical book closings.
• Finalize the financial statements with the auditor.
• Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
• Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫?
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Good knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle…etc).
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
