Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Shifts
Responsibilities: Handle customer calls/messages, resolve inquiries, provide product/service information, troubleshoot technical issues, record interactions, collaborate with other departments, ensure customer satisfaction, meet performance targets.
Requirements: Customer service experience (call center preferred), excellent communication skills, shift flexibility (evenings/weekends), fluency in English.
