We’re looking for a Bodyshop Senior Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the bodyshop’s repair team. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their vehicle repair needs, providing accurate repair estimates, and coordinating the workflow to ensure timely and quality repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
– 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
Automotive Repair Knowledge
Estimating and Costing
Insurance Handling
Customer Service and Communication
Computer and Software Proficiency
Knowledge of Bodyshop Procedures and Workflow
Quality Control and Compliance
Vehicle Damage Assessment
Time Management and Scheduling
Sales and Upselling
