We’re Hiring: IT Manager
Location: Atlas Company – Amman, Jordan
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
Atlas Company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations, manage IT infrastructure, and oversee Odoo ERP system implementation. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and expertise in networking, system maintenance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.
Oversee Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and integration with business processes.
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IT hardware.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor and optimize the ERP cycle for enhanced system efficiency.
Provide technical support and ensure system reliability.
Implement data security policies and industry best practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system (implementation & customization).
Expertise in networking, system maintenance, and IT security.
Experience with CCTV systems, biometric devices, and hardware maintenance.
Knowledge of cloud computing, database management, and cybersecurity is a plus.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
