نحن نبحث عن مشرف هندسة المرافق والبنية التحتية ذو مهارات عالية وموجه نحو التفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على وظائف هندسة المرافق وإدارتها، وضمان التشغيل والصيانة الفعالة لأنظمة المرافق مثل المياه والكهرباء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
الإشراف على تشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة المرافق
الإشراف على فريق من الفنيين والمهندسين وقيادته
ضمان امتثال الأنظمة لمعايير وأنظمة السلامة
استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشكلات أنظمة المرافق بكفاءة
تنسيق وجدولة الصيانة والترقيات للأنظمة
الاحتفاظ بسجلات مفصلة للعمليات والتقارير
التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لتحسين استخدام المرافق وتقليل التكاليف
تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية وإدارة الميزانيات للمرافق
المؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونيك
خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في إدارة أو هندسة أنظمة المرافق. – مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل.
معرفة متعمقة بعمليات أنظمة المرافق ومعايير الصناعة.
القدرة على استكشاف المشكلات المعقدة وتنفيذ الحلول بشكل فعال.
الكفاءة في استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر المتعلقة بالهندسة وإدارة المرافق.

Utility and Infrastructure Engineering Supervisor
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Utility and Infrastructure Engineering Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing utility engineering functions, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of utility systems such as water and electricity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems
Supervise and lead a team of technicians and engineers
Ensure systems are compliance with safety standards and regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve utility system issues efficiently
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and upgrades for systems
Maintain detailed records of operations and reports
Collaborate with other departments to optimize utility usage and reduce costs
Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage budgets for utilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in utility systems management or engineering.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of utility system operations and industry standards.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions effectively
Proficiency with computer software related to engineering and utilities management.
