Job Title: Sales Specialist – Cheese Sales Specialist
Company: Balkan Industrial Company
Balkan Industrial Company is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor (5+ years) specializing in cheese sales to lead the sales team and develop strategic initiatives to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth in the dairy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Team Management:
Lead, train, and support the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
• Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement tailored sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate deals, and oversee contract agreements.
• Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Cross-Department Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure sales objectives align with company goals.
• Issue Resolution:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on cheese or dairy products.
• In-depth knowledge of cheese products and the local and international dairy market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage client relationships and business
partnerships.
• Analytical skills to track sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office applications.
