*Job Title : Account Manager (Data Entry).
*Location: Amman – 7th Crl.
*Job Type: Full-time
*About Us:
MyThings is an online delivery, pick-up, and dine-in application that offers various categories for users to choose from such as restaurants, supermarkets, cosmetics, electronics, pharmacies, gift shops, etc. We make sure that with a few taps on their mobile phone; consumers get their desire. MyThings has developed three applications: customer, admin, and driver, transforming into a fully automated platform to streamline operations and enhance our partners’ experience. Additionally, MyThings boosts vendor sales and comprehensively covers all customer needs.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Accurately enter, update, and maintain client account information in the database.
-Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
-Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
-Assist in generating reports and summaries based on client account data.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
-Manage and organize digital and physical records efficiently.
-Stay updated on best practices for data management and security.
*Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Administrative field or any related field .
-Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
-Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
-Excellent in using Excel.
-Excellent in English language (reading , writing ).
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
