نحن نبحث عن متدربين (وليس مدربين) متحمسين للانضمام إلى فريقنا في برنامج تدريبي مكثف لمدة شهر، يهدف إلى تقديم خبرة عميقة في الوظائف الأساسية للموارد البشرية والامتثال الإداري.
الوظيفة: متدرب موارد بشرية
المدة: شهر (سيتم منح شهادة CPD في نهاية المدة)
الخيار: التدريب عن بُعد
حول البرنامج:
يُعد هذا التدريب فرصةً للمحترفين الطموحين في مجال الموارد البشرية لاكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة ديناميكية. ستتعلم وتشارك في مختلف وظائف الموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك:
التوظيف والانضمام إلى العمل: المساعدة في البحث عن المرشحين، جدولة المقابلات، وتيسير انضمام الموظفين الجدد.
علاقات الموظفين: فهم سياسات الموارد البشرية والمساهمة في الحفاظ على ثقافة عمل إيجابية.
الإدارة البشرية: تعلم المهام الإدارية الأساسية، وإتقان إدارة ملفات الموظفين، والتوثيق، وحفظ السجلات.
الامتثال والقوانين: مقدمة في قوانين الموارد البشرية ومتطلبات الامتثال، بما في ذلك قوانين وأنظمة العمل.
إدارة الأداء: دعم العمليات الخاصة بتقييم الموظفين وتتبع تطورهم المهني.
الرواتب والمزايا: اكتساب نظرة شاملة على عمليات الرواتب والمزايا المقدمة للموظفين.

خبرة عملية في الموارد البشرية بمختلف وظائفها.
معرفة بالإجراءات والمستندات والمعايير المتبعة في الموارد البشرية.
التعلم العملي بإشراف خبراء موارد بشرية متمرسين.
قاعدة قوية لبناء مسيرة مهنية في مجال الموارد البشرية أو الإدارة.
المتطلبات:
اهتمام قوي بمجال الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
الالتزام ببرنامج مدته شهر ونصف، بمعدل 5 ساعات أسبوعيًا.
التحفيز الذاتي، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والرغبة في التعلم.

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to jumpstart your career in a supportive and hands-on environment? We are looking for enthusiastic HR Apprentices to join our team for a 2-month immersive Training program designed to provide in-depth exposure to the core functions of HR and administrative compliance.
Position: HR Apprentice
Duration: 1.5 Months (CPD certification granted at the end of duration)

About the Program:
This apprenticeship is an opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain real-world experience in a dynamic environment. You will learn and participate in various HR functions, including:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Understanding HR policies and helping maintain positive workplace culture.
HR Administration: Learning essential administrative tasks and mastering employee file management, documentation, and record-keeping.
Compliance & Law: Introduction to HR law and compliance requirements, including labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Supporting processes for employee evaluations and tracking employee development.
Payroll & Benefits: Gaining insights into payroll processes and employee benefits.
What You Will Gain:
Practical HR experience across a variety of functions.
Knowledge of industry-standard HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
Hands-on learning guided by experienced HR professionals.
A solid foundation for a career in Human Resources or Administration.
Requirements:
Strong interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to commit to a 1.5 month program, dedicating 5 hrs / week.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Note: This is a paid by students training aimed at providing meaningful learning opportunities and practical experience.
