Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
● Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
● Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
● Assist in performing general ledger accounting functions.
● Conduct bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations to ensure financial data consistency.
● Adhere to accounting principles and company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
● Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
● Assist in preparing the general sales tax report.
● Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors’ degree in Accounting.
● 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
● Excellent English & Arabic languages skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools is a must.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles.
● Analytical skills, attention to details, Initiative and high level of communication skills.
