ADATCO Drug store is looking to hire Social Media content creator and advertiser

Requirements:

* University degree, preferable in Marketing or related field.

* 1–2 years of related work experience is preferable.

* Experience with content creation, engagement strategies and analytics.

* Thorough understanding of different social media platforms.

* Project management and prioritization skills.

* Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget.

* Familiarity with graphic design tools.

* Know of hashtags and social media algorithms.

* Experience with paid advertising.

* Strong copywriting and storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop engaging a high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to the target audience.

* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

* Plan a schedule content to ensure regular posting and audience engagement.

* Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries.

* Plan, create and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn , and Twitter.

* Set up targeting strategies to reach the right audience.

* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach and engagement.

* Prepare reports on social media performance and ad campaign results.

* Follow ethical advertising practices and data privacy regulations.
