We are looking for Asset Managers with hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, strong data analytics skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and English.
Key Requirements:
• BA in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer engagement.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Index/Match).
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Cisco hardware/software assets.
• Lead client calls, reports, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate “Smart Account” strategies.
