[Sales Manager for Pharmacies]

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The

Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and

leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and

achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also

handle client relationships, provide sales reports, and

work closely with marketing and product teams to align

sales strategies with business objectives. This role is

located in Amman, will cover all Jordan cities.

Qualifications:

•at least 5 years experience in Sales Management or Sales Supervisor.

•Strong organizational and time management skills

•Ability to develop and implement effective sales

strategies

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Experience with CRM software and sales analytics

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,

pharmacy or related field

•Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare

•Strong relation with pharmacies and hospitals.

•Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

•Ability to work under stress and play team work.
